    It was a beautiful clear night when over 50 members of the East Norwich community gathered at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 9 to participate in the annual Christmas Trees lighting on the northeast corner of Rts. 106 and 25A, sponsored and organized by the Committee for the Beautification of East Norwich (CBOEN).   • SPORTS: Boys & Girls Club Bahnik Center Sports Report

    The Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay-East Norwich concluded their inaugural season of Boys Intramural Basketball. In the 6th, 7th and 8th grade division, the Lakers, coached by Peter Accetta, edged out the Wizards, coached by Guy Pelling and Jim Meyerdierks, 70-60 for the division title. The recipient of the Most Valuable Player Award was Pat Linden and the Sportsmanship Award was Paul Golluscio. FULL STORY
