Cheerleaders: from left, Amy Kornrumpf, Elisa Vicari and Meghan Principe.

The seniors reigned supreme in the Oyster Bay High School Class Olympics, held on Oct. 4 as part of Spirit Week. The senior class took first place in all the events, including lip sync, two-on-two basketball, three-legged race and tug-of-war.

Prinicpal Rebecca Quarm, in expressing her appreciation to those who made Spirit Week such a great success, said, "Thanks to all who spent countless hours helping and encouraging our students to demonstrate their school spirit. There were a lot of smiles among the student population and both the Class Olympics and Pep Rally set a positive tone for the rest of the year."

Other Spirit Week events included dress ups, hall decorating, clothing weigh-in, floats and banners.
