Muttontown Mayor Richard Murcott recently attended a meeting of the Nassau County Village Officials Association and heard Nassau County Assessor Charlesl O'Shea speak on the county's reassessment plan. The project, which started on Oct. 1, will reassess all 450,000 parcels of property, 340,000 of which are homes, in the county at a cost of $30 million.
