OBHS Renovation Unveils Imhof Gymnasium
Residents of the Oyster Bay-East Norwich School District voted for the first time, on Tuesday, May 16, in the lobby of the expanded Oyster Bay High School. The gym, the former polling place is now a library with 18 computer stations, a result of the completed renovation sparked by the move of the seventh and eighth grades to the high school.

Save Our Horse Boarding Barns
Representatives of the Long Island Farm Bureau, the New York State Office of Real Property Services and the Nassau County Legislature are meeting at the Vernon School, in East Norwich on May 23 at 7:30 p.m. to talk about changing the way Nassau County taxes horse boarding barns, in an effort to preserve them. The school is located on the left (west) side of Route 106, as you head north from Northern Boulevard, Route 25A. It is just north of the East Norwich Fire house.

Sagamore Rowing Association's OB Team Competes in Regattas
The first regatta the Oyster Bay High crew competed in was held on April 15, at Hempstead Lake. Most recently, the team participiated in the last regatta of the season hosted by the Sagamore Rowing Association.

St. Dominic Sports R Us Camp
This summer, St. Dominic High School will be running its first annual coed "Sports R Us Camp" for boys and girls entering kindergarten, first, second or third grade. The camp will be offered in two one-week sessions, the first July 10 through July 14, and the second from July 17 through July 21, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Children may attend either session or both. The camp schedule is as follows:
