Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay-East Norwich annual golf outing - the 1999 Presidents Cup Golf Tournament wasn't stopped by the rain on Monday, Oct. 4. The fun started as everyone arrived enthusiastic and ready to play. They started coming in at 10:30 a.m. and the fun never stopped. The shotgun start was at 12:30. The rain held out until the last person was inside. Then it poured.
