Oyster Bay Manor/Harbor House received town approval for the expanded senior citizen assisted living complex on South Street and Orchard Street in Oyster Bay on June 1 with seven ayes and none opposed. The new complex will house 68 residential units (with accommodations for two persons in each) at Oyster Bay Manor and 78 residential units (for two persons) at Harbor House.
