Perfect Season for Oyster Bay Lady Bays

Fourteen young women represented Oyster Bay this summer competing in the annual City of Glen Cove Mayor's Tournament, a prestigious baseball and softball tournament, drawing teams from across the Island.

The hard work put in by these dedicated and talented 12-year-olds during their many evening practices, coupled with the fine coaching provided by three local fathers who gave so generously of their time, proved to be just the right combination.

The team earned a perfect record in the tournament with 7 wins, 0 losses and 0 ties¬the only team in the division to hold such an honor!
