Priscilla Armstrong (nee Smith), of Rochester, NY formerly of Locust Valley, died on Aug. 7, 1998. She was valedictorian at Glen Cove High School in 1950. She is survived by son, Kenneth of Des Plaines, IL; daughter, Janet of Beelefont, PA; and aunt Marion Duck of Glen Cove. Services were held at the University of Rochester Interfaith Chapel.
