Karatatots at Charles Water Karate & Fitness, located at 122 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park, demonstrated courage and self confidence as they competed in their sparring tournament.
Karatatot is a combination of exercise and karate in a format specifically designed for young children ages 4½ - 6. All students had to participate and spar to win. Students demonstrated an array of skills such as awareness, confidence, respect, discipline and focus abilities that are crucial both inside and outside of the classroom.
