Former MAA Player Signs Letter of Intent to URI

Wednesday, Nov. 9, former MAA player, Caitlin Kennedy signed the National Letter of Intent to play softball for the University of Rhode Island (URI).  Caitlin is currently a senior at Kellenberg Memorial High School. She verbally committed to URI in July of 2011.  Kennedy’s family along with Ken Solosky, (brother of the late Ed Solosky, Athletic Director of Kellenberg Memorial) were present for the signing. Caitlin was on the Mineola Heat, part of the team that brought two Championships to Mineola.
