Students at Charles Water Karate & Fitness in Williston Park had the best time at boot camp; this was Creative Form Day. In addition, they met their goals of 500 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, 50 gut busters, and 50 squat hops. This camp was for three hours. Every day had a specific theme and specific goals. All participants met their goals. In addition, those students who came to the boot camp also attended regularly scheduled classes.
These were the participant’s who gave 110 percent and proved to themselves that not only anything is possible but it is fun when you achieve your goal.
