Friday, 20 August 2010 00:00

These children are in a combination of exercise and karate in a format specifically designed for children ages 4 and up. In a fun-filled and nurturing setting children learn concentration, discipline, respect, as well as an understanding of self-defense at his or her own level. The results are improved strength, coordination, flexibility and the self-confidence that we all want for our children. These children are learning child safety and stranger training. They are becoming better students at school and better listeners at home.
