The Lady Mustangs girls bowling team finished the regular season with a stellar 9-3 record qualifying for the Nassau County finals. Coach Val Liese's young ladies continue to build a strong program with a second place conference finish. The season culminated with a 218 rolled by All-League performer Heather Dolan in the opening game of the county finals tournament.
Seeded 15th in the county bracket, the girls moved to ninth place at the conclusion of the tourney. Dolan was not the sole award winner as All-Conference selections were given to junior Amanda Alves and sophomore Amanda Hassett.
The Lady Mustangs played each match at their local home, Sheridan Lanes, against conference opponents from Sewahhaka, North Shore, Locust Valley, Carle Place and Oyster Bay.
Rounding out the team were juniors Tess Alexander and Emily Marino and the lone senior was Rebecca Kim.
