"Mayor Martins is an experienced municipal leader who has been an active participant in NYCOM programs. His commitment to quality public service in New York State makes him well qualified for the appointment and he will be a major asset to our organization. I look forward to working with Mayor Martins to establish our statewide agenda," said Strada.
