The Mineola boys wrestling team will host the Nassau County Championships on Saturday, Feb. 17 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Mineola High School gymnasium. Winners from this tournament will advance to the Long Island finals to be held at C.W. Post.

Mineola wrestlers Mike Roo, Michael Marques and Nick Grimaldi are competing for spots in the meet. A rare full day of exciting grappling among the best wrestlers in Nassau should not be missed. The Mineola Athletic Booster Club also welcomes any volunteers who wish to assist in the day's events.

Boys JV Basketball vs. Plainedge at Mineola HS 5 p.m.

Girls V Basketball vs. Jericho at Jericho HS 5:30 p.m.

Feb. 10 Girls JV Basketball vs. Jericho at Jericho HS 10:45 a.m.
