Jump in, wade in or slide down the flume, but get in the community pool on June 17, the opening day of what promises to be a great summer season. Once again, registration for swimming lessons will be like last year. People got in line at 8 a.m. and within two hours every person in the line had been taken care of. The popular adult swim will be from 8 to 8:45 a.m. weekday mornings. The pool staff numbers 24 and the pool manager, Dan Kopetic, picked the best applicants.
