The Mineola Music Parents Association at Mineola High School has voted to support the bond referendum presented by the board of education.

The condition of our school, especially the auditorium, has been a frequent topic of discussion at our meeting. Our children work very hard on their concerts and plays, and every year we are treated to outstanding performances.

We are extremely proud of our talented students and staff. However, the deplorable condition of our auditorium is an embarrassment to us. Please show our students that their schools are important to us and vote in favor of the bond referendum on Feb. 28.
