After a summer of training the Mineola Storm U-12 boys travel soccer team began their season off to a great start. In addition to a full nine games of competition they were also set to start their state cup series of which there are 49 teams playing an elimination format. After four rounds of some tough competition and even a double overtime game the Mineola Storm has advanced to the semi-finals of the state cup, which they will begin playing in the spring. FULL STORY
