Robert C. LaRose Sr., of Mineola, died on Oct. 15, 2005. A US Naval veteran of WWII, he was a retired sergeant with the NYPD. He was a member of American Legion Williston Post #144 and the NYPD 10-13 Association. Husband of Agnes (nee Reid). Father of Robert Jr., John, Michael and Kathleen. Father-in-law of Kathy, Donna, Lynda and Donald Bartels. Grandfather of nine. Brother-in-law and uncle. Arrangements were made by the Cassidy Funeral Home, Mineola. Funeral Mass at Corpus Christi RC Church. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
