I am both excited and humbled by my recent election to the Mineola Board of Education and want to take this opportunity to thank the community for entrusting me with this profound responsibility. I will do my utmost to fulfill the duties, requirements and obligations presented by my new role as board member, and feel honored to be provided with the opportunity to give back to this community, which has given my family and me so much. I am driven by the desire to deliver the very best educational opportunities for all our children, balanced with fiscal responsibility, recognizing the financial realities of the community as a whole. By consistently pursuing these goals, I believe that trust and accountability will develop and flourish. You will always find an interested ear, available to catch up and listen to your concerns, ideas and questions. Our common ground emerges when we discuss our interests, issues, and curiosities.
