On Aug. 2 my husband was on our patio waiting for Checker Cab to come to take him to his doctor.

All of a sudden a swarm of bees attacked him all over his body. He is allergic to bee venom. The driver came just in time to pick up my husband before falling head first on the driveway pavement. Luckily, the driver is a big, strong man and he was able to hold my husband up because he had become paralyzed and couldn't even speak.

The driver phoned 911 on his cell phone with his other hand and within minutes two policemen arrived. Officer Jimmy was one. I was near hysterical and he calmed me down as though he had known me for a long time. He took me to the hospital and helped me to regain my composure. He came back later to see that all was well.

I can't thank Rick, the driver and Officer Jimmy for being here at a rough time. God bless them both and look after them.

I will never forget them both and for their help.

Mrs. Nat Musumarra
