Mineola High School senior basketball guard Jerelle Harrison is continuing to make his way in the highly competitive world of New York City area high school basketball. Harrison was selected to play in the second annual Big Apple Basketball Showcase, an event that featured the top 40 New York City Metro basketball players at the high school expo scholarship games at Baruch College on April 17.

The idea of the event is to give these players exposure to college coaches. Harrison would be an excellent addition to any college team. He has been an outstanding contributor to the Mineola Mustangs varsity basketball program and other sports programs such as football and track.
