The election date for Village Trustees of Williston Park is on March 16.

Mary Ann McDermott and Ron Saporita are the Integrity Party Candidates for the two trustee positions. Mary Ann has held the position of trustee for the past five years. During her tenure, she has proven to be most active and visible. She has been an active liaison to the Senior Advisory Committee (concerts at the Gazebo, flu vaccine), the School District Committee and the library as well as co-chairperson for Operation Santa. Your support in the upcoming election will enable Mary Ann to continue serving the residents of the Village of Williston Park in a position where she will continue to have a positive impact on our community.

Ron Saporita is a colleague of mine on the village zoning board of appeals. Ron is very conscientious in his position; he does his homework in preparation for village hearings and above all conducts himself with the highest ethical standards. Although he will be missed on the ZBA, his professional experience as an engineer will be an asset to the village board. A vote for Ron is a vote to maintain your quality of life in Williston Park.
