We would like to thank the dozens and dozens of residents who attended the Hometown Party Convention on Sunday, Jan. 11. At the convention both of us were nominated to run for the two trustee seats that will be voted upon by the Village of Mineola residents on Tuesday, March 16. The support shown by the attendees was and is greatly appreciated by both of us.

Trustee Linda Fairgrieve especially would like to thank former Mayor Ann Galante who nominated her. Linda also wants to express her deep gratitude to the following people who seconded her nomination: P.J. Diskin, Former Trustee Betty Conlon, Anita Cocheo, Al Freehill, Matt Sanderleaf, Dolores Mangold, Cathy Assalone, Barbara Stagnari, Chris Pritchard and Tom Brewer.

Likewise, Paul Cusato would like to thank Tony Nocito who nominated him. Paul also wants to express his deep appreciation to the following people who seconded his nomination: Ken Weiss, Ingrid Savignano, Steven Cusato, Diane Cohen, Larry Swensen and Betty Conlon.
