The Mineola Athletic Department congratulates James Holubowich on his selection as the 2003 Kesenich Award recipient. James was honored at the Nassau County Football Coaches Association award dinner. He was presented with a trophy and a $1,000 reward.

James was also selected as a Nassau County "Golden 11." This selection is based on James' excellence on the field and in the classroom as he boasts a 90+ average. James was All-County this year and helped lead the team to Hofstra, where they played Roosevelt in the semi-final game. James is now in the process of college selection. The Mineola Athletic Department wishes him the best of luck in his wrestling and lacrosse seasons and is proud of his accomplishments.
