The Wheatley School Athletic Department is proud to announce the creation of a website, which provides the school community access to extensive information regarding the athletic program. Access to the information can be obtained by going to the East Williston School District website at www.ewsdonline.org and clicking on the Athletics icon.

In addition to a mission statement, in which the district's philosophy regarding the program appears, the site provides information regarding Athletic Department policies and procedures, Wheatley Hall of Fame, parental consent and medical forms, department phone and fax numbers, dates of important events throughout the school year and a listing of all teams and coaches. The site also provides a link to Newsday to obtain game scores and comprehensive listing of directions to each Nassau County high school.

The most recent addition to the site has been a page for a weekly schedule of athletic events. The site will be updated every week, and at the start of each season, team schedules will be listed. Information regarding playoffs, team and athlete recognition and Athletic Department news will appear in the section labeled Athletics In the News.

After accessing the website, the athletic department invites the public to furnish feedback regarding its value and ways in which it can be improved upon.
