George Lucas of Williston Park, died on May 6, 2003. A veteran of the Army Air Corps of WWII, he was a member of VFW Post #5253, Albertson and the Shelter Rock Rifle & Pistol Club. Husband of Mary. Father of Frank and Terry Lucas, Donna and Pat Russell, Diane Lucas and John Bruno. Grandfather of Megan, Ryan, Molly, Rachel and Sara. Arrangements were made by the Weigand Bros. Charles A. Froehling, 75, of Williston Park, died on May 8, 2003. He was a retired foreman with NY Telephone and a member of American Legion Post #144. Husband of Bernice (Randy). Father of Gerard (Maureen), Christine Yerkes (Russell), Kathleen Rossi (Anthony), James (Christy), Patricia Gilliam (Douglas) and Charles (Denise). Grandfather of Michele, Alison, Chanise, Samantha, Caitlyn, Briana, Ashley, Megan, Chelsie, Kathleen, Tory, Joey, Trevor and Anthony. Brother of Dorothy Dorfer. Clark, of Albertson, died on May 10, 2003. He was a first lieutenant in the US Army during WWII. He retired from the US Customs Service after 37 years. Husband of Shirley (nee Marino). Father of Roy Peter (Karen L.), Vincent and Ted (Karen G.). Grandfather of Alison Hastings, Emily, Lauren, Matthew, Christian and Mary Hope. Brother of Pearl Dumont.
