Kevin John Timlin, son of longtime Mineola residents, the late Martin J. Timlin and Dorlores Timlin Corbett, and stepson of Robert Corbett, died on Jan. 20, 2003. Kevin was born on Feb. 25, 1955, the fourth son of seven children. He attended Corpus Christi and later graduated from Mineola High School, Class of '73. He worked at Winthrop Hospital from 1981 until 1995.

When Kevin was 14, he was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes and remained insulin dependent the rest of his short life. This insidious disease would ultimately cause his death, leaving his two lovely daughters, Keri Lynn and Julie Ann, fatherless.

White, formerly of Williston Park, died on Feb. 22, 2003. Wife of the late Charles.
