The public is invited to attend the Board of Trustees meeting on June 5 at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Ave.
This meeting is scheduled to commence at 7:30 p.m.
The next meeting of the Board of Zoning and Appeals will be held on Tuesday, June 18, likewise at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Ave.
The matter to be considered at the 7:30 p.m. meeting is: 383 Burkhard Ave-Application for a variance to erect an extension with insufficient front yard and side yard set backs.

The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Ave, in order to receive public comment upon the following application:
Application of Mathew S. Degiaimo, on behalf of owners, Rita and Bertram Friedman, for a special use permit to operate a car rental business, including accessory vehicle storage, on property located at 462 Jericho Turnpike, Section 9, Block 5, Lots 33-35, contrary to Chapter 30, Section 30.31 (B) (6) of the Incorporated Village of Mineola Municipal Code.
The public is invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard regarding this matter.
