In loving memory of Trent J. Donofrio, formerly of Mineola, who died on April 27, 2002. He was past president of the Golden Age Club of Mineola, the Italian American Club of Mineola, and a member of the AARP of Mineola. He is survived by his wife Christine; two children, Marilyn (Alex) and Ronald (Carol); two grandchildren, Nicole (Gene) and Kristine (Ryan); and one great-grandchild, Robert Trent, son of Nicole and Gene. Burial Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Florida. Victor John Sansonetti, 59, of Williston Park, died on May 7, 2002. He worked for the NC Dept. of Assessment for 30 years. Husband of Lucille. Father of Catherine, Anthony and Christine. Son of Catherine. Brother of Robert. Husband of Rita and the late Brigita. Father of Michael and Vincent, MD. Grandfather of James, Brigit and Timothy. Brother of Michael and Frank Quagliarello. Arrangements were made by the Cassidy Funeral Home, Mineola. Funeral Mass at Corpus Christi RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. Thomas Joseph McAllister, of Williston Park, died on May 12, 2002. A WWII veteran, he was a sergeant in the US Marine Corps serving in the Battle of Guadalcanal. He was a member of VFW Post #885, College Point and Knights of Columbus Council #1463 College Point. Husband of Theresa. Father of Eileen Falvey, Thomas, John, Brian and Colleen Cassidy. Grandfather of 10. Brother of Theresa Meehan, Helen Scanlon, Bernard, Felix, John and the late Lawrence and Edward. Arrangements were made by the Weigand Bros. Funeral Home, Williston Park.
