Western Beef, located on 2nd Street in Mineola, made a generous donation to the Mineola Mustang Run. The run will be held on Sunday, Nov. 18 with the proceeds going to the Mineola Volunteers Ambulance Corps, Mineola Athletic Association, Mineola Police Athletic League, Mineola Fire Department for life-saving equipment, Mineola Historical Society and Mineola Historical Society. This year, there will also be an amount designated to the victims of the World Trade Center.
