Anaischik comes to Corpus Christi with 23 years of experience in Catholic school education. She has worked as a teacher on all levels as well as serving as a full time assistant principal in Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Queens and then as principal of LaSalle Regional Elementary School in Farmingdale.
It is with great enthusiasm that she accepts the position at Corpus Christi. Anaischik said she feels qualified and confident to begin her new educational endeavor.
Here is her message for her first year as principal of Corpus Christi:
"Every school year holds the promise of further success. One of the joys I have had as an educator is the knowledge that September will give to each of us, teachers, parents, and students alike, the chance to begin anew.
"Educating the children academically, spiritually and socially in a safe, clean and orderly environment is of the utmost importance. This goal is achieved through organization, communication, discipline, and high expectations.
Finding each child's strength and learning style is our fundamental responsibility. The smallest accomplishment and recognition can boost self-esteem, the springboard for success.
"The dedicated faculty and staff with the support of a well-informed administrator are the eyes, heart, and hands that guide the students to their individual achievements. Recognition and respect for the faculty are important factors in the success of an educational program. No teacher can do the job alone. They need to feel support from their administrator, parents, students and the community."
