Our law requires that all automatic systems are required to have moisture sensors.

If you would like more information about the provision of our law please call 746-0752.

It is estimated by the Federal Trade Commission that telephone con artists bilk consumers out of an estimated $40 billion a year.

Do not be a victim of these "frauds". Some of the Federal Trade Commission's suggestions on how you can reduce your risk of becoming a victim are:

* Be skeptical of "too good to be true" telephone offers.

* Never send money because you won a sweepstakes.

* Never provide your credit card or checking account numbers to any caller.

* If the caller is pressuring you- hang up.
