It was an exiting day at Charles Water's Karate & Fitness, located at 122 Hillside Ave. in Williston Park.
It was in the 3rd annual in house Sparring Tournament. Sparring is a great way for students to put into action their technical skills.
This competition provides students with the opportunity to demonstrate the proficiency they have developed through their training exhibiting both their physical and mental finesse. There are 94 competitors, teens and adults.
