Corpus Christi Students Show Spirit of Giving
When Corpus Christi School student council faculty advisor Andrea Nordquist extended an invitation to New York City Police Officer Steven McDonald to come to the school, she was hoping he would inspire some of the students. McDonald, who was paralyzed from a shooting that occurred years ago while in the line of duty, carries with him messages of hope, peace and of forgiveness. The members of the Corpus Christi student council took those lessons to heart while also showing their own spirit of giving.
