The September 13 issue of the Mineola American carried a front-page story announcing the kickoff of Representative Carolyn McCarthy's re-election campaign. The piece contained praise of the congresswoman's record and commendation of her advocacy. I'm wondering if this praise and commendation extend to the congresswoman's four votes in the United States Congress against a ban on partial birth abortion.
