Well, the Mineola High School sports year is officially over. And what a year it was! All of our teams worked hard this year and represented their school and community with pride. We had many of our athletes recognized on the conference and countywide basis. Our teams made post season play, highlighted by the exciting play of our football team in the playoffs at Hofstra stadium, and the first conference championship that was won by our girls varsity lacrosse team in only their third varsity season. Our varsity baseball team also finished their playoff schedule after a strong regular season. Yes, the Mineola school community has much to be proud of. FULL STORY
