Local students in the "Karatatot" program and young children's program at Charles Water's Karate & Fitness in Williston Park recently received promotions.

Karatatot is a unique martail arts program for children that starts at age 4. The following students recently received tip promotions:

From Mineola: Alexander Terezakis and Nicholas Teri.

From Albertson: Ryan Doherty.

From Williston Park: Adam Jackson.

The young children's program is a beginner class that helps build self defense, hand, eye and foot coordination and the ability to focus and listen. These local students receieved promotions:

From Mineola: Nicholas Terezakis.

From Williston Park: Conor Ferro and Brett Windisch.

From East Williston: Sean Kirschner and Daniel Wickes.
