As I prepare for the upcoming village election in March, I have a few questions to ask myself about the trustee candidates:

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to bring a new, residents-only pool to Mineola?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to bring Mineola a new roller hockey rink?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to bring Mineola updated ball fields for our children?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to keep my taxes down?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to build a new library?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to enforce the laws against illegal landlords?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to provide a fine community center for our use?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to upgrade the facilities for our fire department?

Did the candidate deliver on a promise to restore our water tank?

Warren Brinker and Maryanne Warnecke are candidates who did deliver on their promises. That is why I am going to vote for them for re-election as village trustees and hope that you will also support them with your vote.
