On Tuesday, March 21 voters in the Village of Mineola will go to the polls to determine the future of our community.

I am proud to support Linda Fairgrieve's candidacy for Trustee because she has the experience, temperament and commitment necessary to be an excellent village official. I have known Linda for nearly 20 years and have seen her work behind the scenes to make Mineola a better place.

Linda Fairgrieve is a professional in the insurance field with over 14 years of experience as a supervisor, negotiator and investigaor. She is intelligent, hard working and good at solving problems. These skills make her uniquely qualified to be trustee of our village.

Linda has also been an involved member of our community, working as a Scout leader, president of the Friends and Neighbors Club, member of the Jackson Avenue PTA, volunteer on the Mineola Mustang Run, and officer of the Hometown Party.

I urge my fellow residents to join me in supporting Linda Fairgrieve, the Hometown Party candidate for trustee, March 21. She will represent the interests of residents, work to protect our suburban way of life and be responsive to the issues and concerns facing Mineola.
