Master Charles Water's Hwang Karate Studio, located at 122 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park, participated in Robin Hood Country Day School's Carnival and Open House held in Brookville.

It was quite an honor for Water's school to be invited to spend the day at the carnival. Charles Water's Demo team did five demonstrations and some of the children spectators participated as well.

There was a raffle and everyone was a winner. The grand prize was three months of karate lessons. All of the students who entered won a month of karate.

We would like to thank Glen Roberts, his family and his team for their hospitality. We would also like to thank all of our students and their families for their support and participation in this event.

Those students who demonstrated their mental and physical discipline were:

From Mineola: Nicole Pitcavage.

From Williston Park: Spencer Wolf and Kerri Pearles.

A big thank you to Ms. Quintano and Mr. Schmucker, Williston Park, who were the team coordinators.
