The Mineola Athletic Association Wants You

The Mineola Athletic Association will have another registration for its youth soccer and baseball programs at the MAA House off Willis Ave. on Jan. 15 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Jan. 17 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Volunteers are needed to make the program a success. The pool of volunteers has shrunk in recent years. The position of baseball president has been vacant since the end of last season. Umpires, managers, coaches, referees and stand cashiers are needed. Volunteers interested in positions should contact MAA recording secretary Jim Smith at 741-1334 or write the MA at PO Box 585, Mineola NY 11501.
