Awards Dinner for Champion Chiefs

Another great season for the Massapequa High School baseball squad is over. With the season ended, it was time for the Chiefs to reap the benefits of their championship year.

And so, the Massapequa High School Baseball Awards dinner was held on Thursday, June 11.

This past season, the fantastic MHS varsity baseball team won both its 4th consecutive Nassau County Class AA and Long Island championships.

Players and coaches attended the dinner and received their hard-earned awards from the Massapequa Chiefs Baseball Program.

Anthony Abruzzino: Most Valuable Player Award

Ryan Scarisbrick: John Cody Award

Matthew Hardy: Sportsmanship Award

Matthew McCormick: Impact Player of the Year Award

Michael Mauri: Coaches Award

Gregory Muller: Scholar-Athlete Award

Frank Colavito: White Letter Award
