Cooper and Coby Ratner of Great Neck are Portuguese Water Dogs. They usually occupy themselves with playing fetch, swimming, and lounging around at home. Registration starts at 11 a.m., and the walk starts at 12:30 p.m., rain or shine. Registration fee is $25 per dog, and each registrant at the event receives a T-shirt while supplies last.
