The Plainedge Public Library, 1060 Hicksville Rd. in North Massapequa, is hosting a summer reading club for children entering grades 2 through 5 this September. The club runs from July 9 through August 1 and children come to the library once a week for reporting, stickers and prizes. The library will provide all materials the first week of the program. This is not a drop-off program. Reporting for stickers and prizes will take 5 to 10 minutes, after which each child will be brought back to their adult/parent.
