The Precisions will perform a concert at the Bar Harbour location of the Massapequa Public Library from 2 until 3:30 p.m.

An AARP defensive driving course is being given from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Bar Harbour location of the Massapequa Public Library. Pre-registration is required.
The Over the Hill Gang softball league is holding registration from 10 a.m. until noon at Allen Park’s meeting room in Farmingdale. The league is open to men 40 and older who live in the town of Oyster Bay or Farmingdale. For more league information and online registration go to: www.othgny.com. An event to benefit Last Hope Animal Rescue. A fun evening for the whole family - three hours of bowling excitement at Farmingdale Lanes from 7:30 until 10:30 p.m. with registration at 7 p.m.. Win great prizes via raffles and 50/50 drawing, all benefiting Last Hope Inc’s animal rescue and community outreach efforts (www.lasthopeanimal rescue.org). The community food pantry at St. Rose of Lima’s Community Outreach Center offers free, nonperishable food items to families and individuals in need. The pantry is fully operational and anyone who would like assistance can call 798-4954 or stop by the center at St. Rose of Lima, Merrick Rd.
