The Narcotics Bureau reports the details of the arrest of two women for possession and sale of heroin that occurred on Sunday, March 22 at 8:50 p.m. in North Massapequa.

According to detectives, defendants Noheli Almonte of Lindenhurst and Lillianna Vasquez also Lindenhurst, were arrested on N. Richmond Avenue and Broadway for possession and selling heroin.

Noheli Almonte was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (2 counts) and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (2 counts) for incidents occurring on March 3 and March 22.

Lillianna Vasquez was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (4 counts) and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (4 counts) for incidents occurring on March 3, March 4, March 16 and March 22.

Both defendants were arraigned in First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead on March 23.
