The Massapequa High School boys bowling team, coached by Brian Deerr, finished its season in third place.

They have qualified to bowl in the county tournament at Garden City Bowl. The varsity bowlers, Steve Stashin (210), Ron Flood (198), Pete Lukashevich (173) and Jody DeRoy (195) will be accompanied by three of the JV bowlers, Kyle Desmond, Steve Sohmer and Jason Kammerer.

Steve Stashin qualified to bowl in the individual county tournament, which will be held later this month. Congratulations and good luck to all of the bowlers.
