The Oyster Bay Town Board has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, February 3, on a request for a special use permit to use property in an industrial district for retail stores, according to Town Councilman Anthony D. Macagnone. The TOB meeting will begin on February 3 at 10:00 a.m.
"The applicant, Waterworld Realty, LLC, is seeking a special use permit to expand an existing 8,634-square foot building with an addition of 3,207-square feet and use it for retail stores," Councilman Macagnone said. "The property is located in an 'LI' Light Industrial District on the west side of Carmans Road, with a street address of 40 Carmans Rd., Massapequa."
The meeting will be held in the hearing room of Town Hall East Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay. Beginning at 10:00 a.m., the regular Town Board calendar, including the above-mentioned hearing, will be called.
Following the regular Town business, the Town Board will be available to listen to public comment on any subject.
