Count those Jelly Beans! Our annual Jelly Bean Counting Contest will be starting next week. A large jar filled with jelly beans will be placed inside Town Florist on Park Boulevard (795-7010). The three people who come closest to guessing how many jelly beans are in the jar will win a great prize. You can enter by putting your name and phone number in the ticket box near the jar. I know we keep telling you how important it is to the community when you support our stores in the Village. Without your support, many of our merchants would go out of business. Valentine's Day will soon be here and we want to remind you about the Irish Cottage, Veranda Restaurant, Miller's Place and the Thai Restaurant, which are all located on Park Boulevard in Massapequa Park. Gift certificates are available. These are local restaurants that are beautifully decorated and feature fine food. Please keep them in mind when making your dinner reservations.
